Netflix will soon charge you for sharing passwords with other households
Bigmeme, 11 hours agoAnother Reason to Pirate Content A reason not to pirate the content? FTFY
Kurotsuki, 5 hours agoWell… To be honest. If you share a password illegally, you are essentially hacking alr… moreWhat do you mean by “illegal password sharing”? They have limited ffs streams. Even if you connect from a thousand devices, you can’t watch them all at once. By sharing passwords, you get the most out of what’s available to you. Netflix would never have that many subscribers if it was for 1:1 only to begin with.
Good news, it’s finally time to save €13 per month. RIPNetflix 😁
Anyone advocating piracy, don’t even read my comment or my username.
Listen, I admit there are issues with the entertainment industry and the way they have chosen to distribute its content, but that’s no excuse to be a thief. A pirate is a thief. Simple.
Find workarounds. Buy a blueray by contributing equal amounts in a 5 man team, rip them, make mkv’s, everyone takes a copy, pay your share in the blue ray and keep it forever, but never advocate piracy.
In fact, given the disease of hacking, it’s no wonder we’re being spied on so much. And artists in general don’t get their share of success.
They need to stop canceling their cliffhanger shows first. So many good shows canceled after 1st season or left in cliffhangers after 2/3 seasons.
Waiting for Disney to be available in my country. Netflix really has nothing to watch.
Everyone I know has switched to iQIY
domraym, 5 hours agoHow do they even detect that? What if I watch netflix at my workplace and my family watches… moreThey know it from your IP address.
If you access Netflix by phone both at home and at work, your office and home IP address will be combined into one account.
Just limit password sharing to 3 or 4 devices lol.

Well, Netflix doesn’t want a “family” to share an account. They think it should be individual. Not good for me.
Bigmeme, 11 hours agoAnother Reason to Pirate Content There are many sites online where you can see all new movies in cam quality and HD quality later when they release dvd/bluray copies. Plus, all the TV shows there are free. You can just google what you want to see and probably find any site for it. It’s like watching videos on YouTube, so you don’t download the content and have a copy on your hard drive which is considered pirated. Watching content online cannot be considered piracy. Well, those sites are probably blocked for certain countries, but you can probably still bypass those country restrictions with VPN, which you need to do anyway for Netflix and similar platforms to see content that has regional blocking for your country. For my country there’s maybe around 50% of the full content on Netflix so I don’t see any reason to pay 100% of the monthly subscription fee for them when I’m only getting half the content because of all the region blocking and it doesn’t matter that I don’t really want to see this content or care about it but that’s the point that I have to pay full price for half the content
How do they even detect that? What if I watch Netflix at work and my family watches at home?
And one more step to lose even more subscribers. As if they hadn’t already lost a lot. There was just a news where they lost about 200,000 subscribers because of a series where the man is pregnant. The far left woke garbage they produce that no one asks for and the audience for the content is not enough to get even half their money back
Kurotsuki, 5 hours agoWell… To be honest. If you share a password illegally, you are essentially hacking alr… moreEverything is illegal for you, no wonder companies can do anything and get away with it.
Plus, I’m not even paying for Netflix to begin with.
GAMIR3DH, 6 hours agoIt’s time to hack like we did back then.Well… To be honest. If you share a password illegally, you are already hacking. So it’s not like you’re going back to being a pirate :3
It’s time to hack like we did back then.
Amsterdam, 11 hours agoThus, Netflix does not know its subscriber base. Many people pool the money to get a sub… moreI will cancel my subscription if Netflix does and I will go directly to Disney+.
Maraptor, 10 hours agoWaiting for Disney to be available in my country. Netflix really has nothing to watch. Neither is Disney+ to be honest with you. It’s like a 2 or 3 MCU and Star Wars series that can be binge-watched in a day. Their genre range is limited unless you like kid stuff.
I spend more time on YouTube or watch HBO on the Spectrum TV app. Both are FREE. Paid streaming services are all overrated. Just download Moon Knight and The Batman from torrent sites.
